One of London’s leading players in Commercial and Retail Management have decided it’s now time to expand their team at senior level, either at Associate Director or Director level, depending on your experience. What makes this different? They don’t need you to go out and win new work immediately as they have a considerable pipeline of high quality retail assets, including both Shopping Centres and Retail Parks, consistently joining their managed portfolio. Their clients want to continually give them more and more, providing huge opportunity for both professional and financial growth.
This role requires a proactive leader with market-leading expertise in Property Management, preferably in retail however they will consider those with wider Commercial experience. This is a unique opportunity to build on the huge success they are already enjoying, shaping the future of the business.
Their retail portfolio currently spans over 30million sq ft across over 300 assets, with an institutional client base of pension funds and investors primarily. These are continuing to grow and there is appetite to expand the team further as they continue their mission to provide quality retail destinations at the heart of the communities in which they serve.
