What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
* Lead property litigation matters for charity clients, including lease disputes, boundary issues, and possession proceedings.
* Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary Charities team to provide expert guidance, preserving and optimising property assets.
* Mentor junior team members, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts.
What Theyre Looking For
* A minimum of 5+ years PQE with strong technical ability in property disputes and the capability to manage cases independently.
* Experience working with charities or not-for-profit organisations is desirable but not mandatory; a genuine interest in this area is encouraged.
* Strong leadership qualities, self-motivation, and a passion for knowledge sharing.
* Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and expand professional networks.
