How We Work
Our kitchen operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring quick thinking and decision-making. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with the Head Chef, front-of-house team, and support centre to meet operational, commercial, and guest-focused goals. As our business evolves, you'll remain adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges, mentoring chefs, refining processes, and enhancing guest experiences.
Experience We Value
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, strong leadership skills, a passion for high-quality food and guest satisfaction, ability to manage kitchen operations focusing on efficiency and quality, knowledge of food safety, health & safety, stock control, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
