Pay: £140 to £220 per day (PAYE)

What the role involves:
1. Teaching learners with a range of complex needs, including communication differences and physical disabilities
2. Planning lessons focused on life skills, sensory regulation, and functional understanding
3. Working closely with therapists, TAs, and families
4. Creating a warm, structured learning environment
5. Helping pupils move towards independence, step by step

6. QTS or QTLS
7. Experience in PMLD, complex needs, or SEND pathways
8. A nurturing, slow-and-steady teaching approach
9. Creativity in adapting activities so every learner can take part

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
