Project Manager – FM, Mechanical & Electrical
We’re representing a leading building services provider delivering high-quality Mechanical & Electrical projects across commercial, retail, public, private, and sports sectors. With a strong reputation for reliability and innovation, they’re now looking to strengthen their team with experienced Project Managers.
These M&E / FM Projects will typically be from £5-250k across a portfolio of clients so it's important to have experience running multiple projects.
This is an opportunity to join a progressive organisation where you’ll play a key role in delivering diverse projects across Central London.
The Role
* Managing engineers against planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
* Coordinating specialist subcontractors for remedial works
* Driving health & safety standards across all projects
* Liaising with client site managers and building strong relationships
* Overseeing quality, compliance, and progress reporting
* Recording and valuing remedial and additional works
The Person
* Trade apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical (preferred)
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
* IT literate with strong reporting skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing ability
* Full UK driving licence
