The Role of Area Sales Manager:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will sell this leading manufacturer's range of energy efficient plumbing & heating products into sub contractors (installers), Plumbing and Heating merchants and Social Housing. As an Area Sales Manager, you will manage existing relationships with national and independent plumbing & heating merchants and distributors i.e. City Plumbing, Plumbase, H&V, F&P etc.
As Area Sales Manager, you will spend 70% of your time generating demand with installers / sub contractors (plumbing contractors) and Social Housing and then pull sales through the merchant / distribution channel.

The Candidate:
* The ideal applicant will have sold into plumbing contractors / installers.
* Our client will consider people that have worked for merchants or manufacturer's that have sold into contractors / (plumbing / heating or HVAC)
* We would also be keen to speak to those that have sold construction / HVAC or P&H products into Social Housing.
* Area Sales Manager (s) that have sold boilers or HVAC products into installers are of particular interest
The Package
* Basic up to £44,000 - 48,000
* 20% of salary plus £10,000 bonus (paid quarterly)
