HR Advisor 6 Month FTC (Employee Relations Focus) Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and a background in unionised environments? We're hiring an HR Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support a number of operational sites across Greater London. What Youll Be Doing: Managing ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance etc) Advising managers on HR policies and employment law Supporting audits, restructures, and TUPE projects Building relationships with managers and trade unions Delivering training and contributing to HR projects What Were Looking For: 12 years of ER experience, able to manage cases end-to-end Confident communicator with excellent writing and influencing skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unionised environment CIPD qualification Even though it is an initial FTC, our client offers a great benefits package along with a possible hybrid working available after induction, (12 days/week from home) This is a very customer facing, relationship building role.
