Customer Service Administrator
Hours 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm
Monday - Friday / £12.88 per hour
Customer Support
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
* Resolve complaints professionally and in line with company procedures
* Escalate complex issues when required
Order & Account Management
* Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
* Update and maintain customer records accurately
* Track and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution
* Track and close PODs
Communication & Relationship Management
* Build positive relationships with customers
* Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
* Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Administration & Reporting
* Meet response time and quality targets
* Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
