Salary:
Up to 28k per annum and OTE of 32K, plus £6,000 uncapped bonus.

42 hours per week, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00, with rotational Saturday shifts 08:00 – 13:00.
About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a premium brand, Volvo, within a friendly and efficient Aftersales department led by the Service Manager. We will support your integration into the team and your development through continuous training and one-to-one meetings.
Our Service Advisors play a crucial role in providing a personalized, premium experience for our customers, encouraging repeat business for servicing, MOT, and repairs. They showcase their knowledge and expertise to inform customers about vehicle servicing options. We offer ongoing training and customer experience workshops to enhance your skills.
What you’ll do:
* Book MOTs, services, and repairs for customers.
* Advise customers on warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories beneficial to them.
* Coordinate with the Aftersales team to organize appointments based on workload and call volume.
* Handle high volumes of customer interactions via phone and online bookings.
* Communicate turnaround times and updates effectively to customers.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update systems accordingly.
About you:
You should have energy, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential. Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems is advantageous.
You must be capable of maintaining accurate customer records, be a team player, and able to work independently. Experience in a similar automotive role or a passion for cars and customer service is desirable.
