A Bit About The Job
We want you to provide the very best service with performance measured in line with Aviva's values: Care, Commitment, Community, and Confidence. You will be part of our Agency & Commission department providing telephony/admin support to Financial Advisers and colleagues across the business. We are a complex area, but you will receive full training and coaching on our systems and products to support you in dealing with queries.
Skills And Experience We're Looking For
* Excellent communication skills and a great phone manner with the ability to build rapport.
* Ability to ask the right questions at the right time to understand customer needs.
* Enjoyment in working and learning with others to deliver excellent customer service.
* Understanding of digital methods to make processes simple and quick for customers.
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle difficult conversations and overcome objections.
