Job Title: Technical Sales Co-Ordinator
Location: Telford
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Job Purpose
The role of the Co-Ordinator is to cover all order processing, customer queries and quote generation for Epwin Direct customers
Mandatory Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities
5. Monitor EDT web portal for orders
6. Process all sales orders onto Business Central for Retail, Trade Point and Frame Sales
7. Process all order acknowledgements and advanced shipping notices on EDT web portal
8. Raise purchase orders on Business Central with fabricators to cover order requirements
9. Customer liaison to enable quote processing - installer and/or surveyor
10. Fabricator capacity management
11. Export order specification documents from configurator and distribute with POs to fabricators via email
12. Follow up order email to fabricator with a call
13. Liaise with fabricators for order confirmation
14. Liaise with fabricators to ensure production of goods in the required timeframe (order progress checks)
15. Daily monitoring of capacity dashboard
16. Liaise with fabricators to maintain records of proof of delivery
17. Process all confirmation of deliveries and invoices on EDT web portal
18. Liaise with existing customer service team to ensure posting of purchase orders
19. Liaise with technical team to deal with technical queries
20. Liaise with Evander and/or fabricators on any OTIF failures
21. Manage aftersales process, in association with Evander and/or Fabricator
22. Manage pre-install QC rejection process
23. Deal with general fabricator queries
24. Deal with general queries
25. Co-ordinate POS/ training material requests
26. Process quote requests from TSP's using Supplier portals and Windows Designer
27. Record and update deal information through various stages on internal CRM system
28. Contact customers on a weekly basis to follow up on any open deals
29. Co-ordinate required deliveries through the SBD depots for supply only deals and raise Purchase Orders as required
30. Liaise with Trade Sales Partners on deliveries, product queries and any other business as required
31. Liaise with fabricators to obtain competitive quotations for Commercial/Trade Frame contracts and agree delivery schedules in accordance with customer requirements

Skills and Experience Required
35. Good communication skills.
36. Knowledge of First Degree Systems (Preferable)
37. Good technical understanding of PVCU and Aluminum window and door products
38. Well organised and flexible.
39. Attention to detail.
40. Good numeracy skills.
41. Computer literacy with experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
42. Previously worked within an order processing / sales role.
43. Able to integrate into a team and build strong relationships both internally and externally
