Inside Sales Support - Freight Forwarding Job Type: Permanent Location: Warrington or Basildon Post Code: WA1 1HU Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Start Date: ASAP Leading Global Logistics company currently has a requirement to recruit an experienced Inside Sales Support - Freight Forwarding expert. The position will be based at the Warrington Office but would also consider Basildon Office. Your role will include general duties, answering incoming calls, liaising with customers and overseas offices by phone and email. Deep-sea shipping experience either as a Freight Forwarder or with a line is desired. Full training will be provided. You will Provide pricing for FCL mainly exports with some imports Quote customers to defined KPI's providing good customer service. Build relationships with suppliers and clients alike to the benefit of the business Generate leads and opportunities working with external sales to extend our existing client base Targeted follow up looking to increase conversion.
