The Role:
You’ll be:
* The go‑to contact for candidates and recruitment agencies, making every interaction count.
* Orchestrating seamless recruitment processes, from approvals to interviews and assessment events.
* Keeping our applicant tracking system (Workday) sharp, organised, and up to date.
* Powering our team with insightful recruitment reporting and live trackers.
* Managing invoices and supporting ad‑hoc projects that keep our resourcing function ahead of the curve.
This is your chance to work alongside a dynamic team supporting a wide range of business functions—Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and more—across our UK offices.
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who’s ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. You’ll need:
* Proven experience in recruitment administration (in‑house or agency).
* A track record in busy, highly administrative roles—liaising with everyone from candidates to senior stakeholders.
* A keen eye for detail—accuracy is your superpower!
* Top‑notch organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities at pace.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to interact at all levels.
