Resident Liaison Officer - SHDF\n\n * Salary up to £33k + package\n\n * SHDF - external and internals works\n\n * Street properties (must have a driving licenses)\n\nRole\n\nWe are looking for a dynamic and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to work on the SHDF framework for a work with a one of the UK’s leading property services companies. The project covers both externals and internals refurbishment packages on street properties in Northwest London. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication between residents, contractors, and project teams, helping to provide an exceptional experience for all stakeholders involved in the regeneration process.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Keep residents informed about project progress, timelines, potential disruptions, and any changes or updates to the works.\n\n * Address resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.\n\n * Lead resident meetings, consultations, and surveys, gathering feedback and ensuring community engagement.\n\n * Ensure that residents are aware of health and safety protocols, project requirements, and any temporary measures that may affect their daily routines.\n\n * Prepare and distribute regular updates, newsletters, and communication materials to keep residents informed of project milestones, key dates, and disruptions.\n\n * Promote a positive relationship with residents and other stakeholders, fostering a strong sense of community involvement throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n * Record and track all feedback, complaints, and issues raised by residents, ensuring they are managed and resolved efficiently.\n\nWhat’s it in for you?\n\n * Salary up to £33k + car allowance + 8% pension\n\n * Opportunities for professional development\n\n * Collaborative and supportive work environment
