You'll champion best practice at Tredegar House, creating inclusive volunteering opportunities, coaching and supporting volunteer managers and ensuring systems and data are well managed. Working with volunteer managers in Tredegar’s wider team, you'll deliver the end to end volunteer journey including recruitment and induction, database management, reward and recognition, resolving issues and training and support.You'll be part of the South East Wales Community, Participation & Volunteering team, reporting to the Community, Participation & Volunteering Manager. With your counterpart at Dyffryn Gardens, you'll collaborate to improve processes and ensure consistency across the portfolio. Using insight and relationships, you’ll help shape strategic decisions and test new approaches to participation, connecting people with places and creating lasting public benefit.
