The Role:
* Deliver personalised, engaging tuition sessions
* Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and families
* Support academic progress while boosting confidence and independence
* Provide feedback and progress reports as required
What We're Looking For:
* Essential: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
* QTS, PGCE, or relevant tutoring/teaching experience (desirable)
* A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
