Established Law Firm | Leatherhead | SurreyA respected law firm is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Executive to join its Residential Property team in Leatherhead.This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and well-established team.
The Role
Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completionHandling sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equityDrafting and reviewing contracts and title documentationLiaising with clients, agents and lendersProviding clear and practical advice throughout the transaction
About You
Experienced in residential conveyancingConveyancing Executive, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalentConfident managing files independentlyClient-focused, organised and proactive
