AVK-SEG UK Ltd, a renowned company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Panel Wireman. As a Panel Wireman, you will be responsible for the production of Control Panels, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The production of control panels to AVK standards.
2. Following AVK quality assurance procedures.
3. Adhering to RAMS when using powered equipment.
4. Ensuring timely delivery of AVK panels in accordance with technical requirements and control panel drawings.
5. Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment with good housekeeping.
6. Informing design engineers of any issues or problems with equipment or design information.
7. Assisting in project management to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Managing suppliers on and off-site to ensure work quality meets AVK and customer standards.
9. Being aware of contractual requirements, payment milestones, technical scope, and health & safety regulations for all projects.
10. Reviewing projects at handover, analyzing commercial, contractual, and technical requirements, identifying risks, and escalating as needed.
11. Planning resources to achieve desired commercial and technical results.
12. Making daily decisions to support project customers and contracts, managing tasks to meet deadlines.
13. Attending factory and site acceptance tests, which may require weekend work or overseas travel.
14. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet contractual technical requirements.
15. Preparing and presenting financial reports with the commercial team, highlighting concerns and key issues.
16. Agreeing on engineering designs with the technical team and monitoring project plans.
