Salary: Up to A GBP 28,000 + Quarterly Bonus
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for a vibrant accommodation venue with multiple Food and Beverage outlets. This role is heavily focused on F and B operations, so we are looking for someone with strong experience in this area. Hotel/accommodation experience would be a real bonus
Responsibilities
* Manage guest check:ins, check:outs, and reservations
* Lead Food and Beverage service across the venue
* Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
* Ensure health and safety compliance and guest satisfaction at all times
* Act as the lead on shift, leading by example to ensure smooth day:to:day operations
