Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications
Lead and manage projects to restore properties damaged by insured perils, with values ranging from £50k to £5m. Depending on the project's size and complexity, work alone or lead a small team with QSs, CAD technicians, and engineers. Surveying activities include technical reporting, defect diagnosis, preparing schedules of works, contract administration, and project management.
Empathise with clients who have suffered loss or bereavement and deliver professional reports within tight deadlines. Manage workloads and make reasoned decisions under pressure.
