What We're Looking For In A Ward Manager
* Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
* Strong leadership and clinical management experience
* Passion for rehabilitation and person-centred care
* Ability to manage teams, resources, and service development
* Experience in inpatient mental health settings (desirable)

Located near Preston, this site provides a safe and therapeutic environment for men aged 18+ with mental illness or personality disorders, including those detained under the Mental Health Act. Our goal is to empower individuals towards independence and recovery in a supportive setting.
