Key Responsibilities: Lead the commissioning process from pre-opening through to full occupancy. Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing team focused on outstanding care and service. Ensure the home meets all CQC standards and is fully compliant from day one. Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive strategic planning and operational success. Create a warm, welcoming and safe environment for residents and their families. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and the local community.Candidate Requirements: Proven track record as a successful Registered Manager within a nursing home setting. Experience in commissioning or opening a new care home is highly desirable. RGN/RMN qualification (active PIN) preferred, but not essential. Strong knowledge of residential, dementia and nursing care. Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
