The Bear Of Burton is a busy restaurant, pub and hotel on the edge of Christchurch, known for its hearty food with a twist, seasonal ingredients coupled with its warm atmosphere and excellent service. We take pride in great cooking, high standards and creating memorable experiences for all our guests.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef to continue the growth and lead a team in all aspects of the kitchen. You will be fundamental in menu development, delivering quality and consistency, whilst training and developing new and existing kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations through service.
