HEAD OF MARKETING - Luxury restaurant group in central London

Main duties:
1. Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy across all our restaurants, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
2. Lead a team of marketing professionals, including content, digital, social media, and PR specialists, to deliver high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
3. Oversee brand campaigns and marketing activations, ensuring all marketing assets, campaigns, and messaging are consistent and reflect the luxury and exclusivity of our venues.
4. Manage multi-channel marketing efforts, including PR, events, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising to drive customer engagement and revenue.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, and Events teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance guest experiences.
6. Lead data-driven decision-making, utilising analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and optimise marketing strategies.
7. Spearhead new venue launches and brand expansion efforts, ensuring successful market entry and positioning.
