* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent
* Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers on behavioral change for continuous improvement and value creation
* Passionate about transforming lives through coaching
* Desire to benefit from self-employment within a larger organization
