Food and Beverage Team Leader
We are looking for an authentic and driven Food and Beverage Team Leader to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B managers to ensure that the F&B department is running smoothly and that our guests are receiving 5* service throughout. You will support by dealing with any high‑level service recoveries, training any of our new starts and managing your shift in the absence of an F&B manager.
Qualifications
* Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts, weekends and evenings required
* Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
* Passion for providing an excellent guest service, enjoying interacting with guests to ensure a uniquely personal experience
* Experience developing and coaching team members to make them perform at their best
* A personal licence (highly beneficial, can be put through this if required)
* Willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team
* Drive to produce results – working together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences
* A warm and authentic personality, with a can‑do attitude and commitment to service
