Our Service Line
Our Accounting and Outsourcing Services (AOS) team supports clients who outsource parts or all of their finance functions, including transactional accounting, reporting, payroll, and compliance. We also advise on business performance, process digitalisation, and build enduring client relationships. Our team of over 300 professionals works across cloud accounting, payroll, financial reporting, business advisory, and company secretarial services.
Our Operations Department
The AOS Operations team provides operational support across five Business Units, focusing on improving financial performance through process automation, software implementation, and deployment.
Job Purpose
As an Operations Executive, you will work within a small team reporting to the AOS Operations Director. Your role involves supporting technology and data-driven projects to automate tasks, enhance client service, and improve financial performance. You will liaise with colleagues across client-facing roles and contribute to national projects aimed at process improvement and efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Ensure completion of annual reacceptance work, including due diligence, risk assessment, data management, engagement letters, and profitability reviews.
2. Collaborate with project teams to implement initiatives like a common document platform or redesign client onboarding programs.
3. Assist in managing resource planning by importing engagements into staff planning tools.
4. Support client experience initiatives by responding to surveys and identifying improvement opportunities.
5. Participate in testing technology solutions and process changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
