Job Title: Home Survey (Level 2) Surveyor Location: Portsmouth/Southampton (PO/SO) Due to our growing market share and position as the largest independent provider of mortgage valuation and residential surveying services, SDL Surveying is looking to expand its team of Residential Surveyors. Role Overview You’ll independently conduct Level 2 survey reports for property buyers, ensuring every detail is captured and deadlines are met. While always maintaining professionalism, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload, ensuring that reports are delivered on time and meet the highest standards. You’ll also adapt to changing business needs, introducing new inspection techniques to enhance service delivery. In this role, you’ll act as an ambassador when visiting properties, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with residents.
