Business Development Manager - Midlands

Permanent

£50,000 per annum DOE

Competitive OTE scheme; £500 per month car allowance

Field-based / Midlands but we can be flexible on location

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving new business growth by identifying and securing partnerships across estate planning, IFA’s, Will Writers, legal, financial, and related sectors.
Managing and developing partner relationships, ensuring high engagement and revenue growth through regular meetings and strategic collaboration.
Representing the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate leads and build solid relationships.
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective account management, lead generation, and performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:

Field-based B2B Sales Experience
Account and/or Partner Relationship Management
CRM and Sales Pipeline Management (Hubspot desirable)
Event and Networking Engagement
Presenting to Professional Audiences
Professional Sales or Account Management Certification
Industry-specific knowledge or training in Legal or Financial Services

Where You’ll Be Working:

From home
On the road
Occasional visits required to our office based at Spectrum House, Bond Street, Bristol BS1 3LG

Hiring Process – What to Expect

We like to keep things clear and straightforward. Here’s what you can expect:

Application review – We review applications on a rolling basis and will contact you when shortlisted.
Initial chat – A call with Charlotte (HR and Talent Advisor) to get to know you better. There will be some element of competency here, but we aim for it to be more conversational (30mins).
Interview – This is your competency-based interview with Simon Brand (Head of Sales), Charlotte (HR and Talent Advisor) and Paul Toghill (CEO) (up to 90mins).
Task or Presentation – A chance to showcase your skills. This will be part of your interview.
Feedback – We will contact you following your interview, typically within 1 week.
Support – We want everyone to feel comfortable and confident throughout our hiring process.
