Our client, a full-service law firm is seeking to recruit a Front of House Assistant based in their Glasgow office. What you’ll do Support despatch operations, including deliveries and collections Manage the opening, sorting, and distribution of all incoming and internal mail Ensure timely post collections throughout the working day Provide messenger and document handling support Carry out document copying and scanning Assist with switchboard and reception responsibilities Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules Maintain archived records, including wills, POA and title deeds, liaising with Iron Mountain Support wider team needs by undertaking additional duties as required Assist with agreed cover in Edinburgh during periods of holiday or sickness Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager What you’ll need Previous experience working in an office environment, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Confident PC skills, including the ability to access and use internal systems, databases, and online resources A proactive and organised approach, with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service as part of a team What you’ll receive Competitive salary What’s next?
