You’ll be based out of our Tamworth office, where you’ll build a new desk focused on blue-collar temporary placements. Responsibilities:

* Identify and target potential clients within the construction sector.
* Open new accounts and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Develop a pipeline of blue-collar job orders.

Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for various construction roles.
* Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities.
* Ensure timely placements and excellent customer service.

360 Recruitment Process:
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement.
* Conduct thorough reference checks and follow-up with both clients and candidates.
* Achieve monthly targets for placements and revenue.

Market Insights:
* Stay informed about industry trends, labor market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
* Provide valuable insights to clients and candidates regarding market conditions.
Requirements:

Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment within the construction industry.
* Proven track record of opening new accounts and achieving targets.

Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of blue-collar construction roles, skills, and qualifications.
* Familiarity with the 360 recruitment process.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
