Job Overview
1. Support digital services throughout their lifecycle, supporting project implementation, transition to service, and ongoing maintenance & management.
2. Responsible for ensuring digital services are performing within operational parameters.
3. Involved in data collation and coordination with System Administration staff to facilitate correct user setup.
4. Facilitate, train, coach, and support end users, providing support on best practices and ensuring efficient system utilization.
5. Assist in developing teaching packages and support infrastructure for staff using digital systems.
6. Support the implementation of digital systems across ABUHB, ensuring they meet organizational standards and needs.
7. Resolve issues related to digital services and day-to-day system problems.
8. Identify, troubleshoot bugs & errors, and provide root cause analysis.
Main duties of the job
1. Work as part of a project team to plan and prepare for digital system implementation or upgrades.
2. Ensure digital services perform within operational parameters.
3. Facilitate, train, coach, and support end users, promoting best practices and system utilization.
4. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications And Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Educated to Degree Level or equivalent experience, with recent study or personal development evidence.
* Expert knowledge of clinical IT systems used within the health board.
* Knowledge of IT software, including Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of change management processes and culture.
* Service Management qualification, e.g., ITIL Foundation.
Desirable criteria
* IT qualification, e.g., RITTech or FEDIP Practitioner.
* Project Management qualification, e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile.
Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience of delivering objectives.
* Understanding user requirements and change management experience.
* Experience delivering outcomes within tight timescales.
Desirable criteria
* Experience with computerised clinical and administrative systems.
* Experience working in an NHS or clinical/ICT environment.
