An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in the Windsor area. They are seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work matters independently.
Duties:
* Advising mainly employee clients on employment law matters such as settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
* Will include Discrimination claims, Whistleblowing, Union detriment and other Union related claims, TUPE and claims with multiple claimants.
* Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments.
* Advising Union Officers when required.
* Keeping up to date with employment law.
* Time recording & billing to target.
Desired Skills:
* Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE.
* Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
* Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
* Excellent technical and client care skills.
* Business development and networking skills.
