Specialising in Residential and Residential Dementia care, the home provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment tailored to meet each individual's needs.The home features spacious, well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, alongside welcoming lounge and dining areas designed to promote social interaction, relaxation, and a true sense of community.
With an active lifestyle and well-being programme, residents are encouraged to live fulfilling, engaging lives.What you'll be doingLead and supervise the care team, managing daily rotas and workload allocationPromote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care to residentsManage delivery of residents' personalised care according to their agreed care plansProvide supervision, coaching and assessment to Care AssistantsEnsure effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident careMaintain correctly written records as required by regulatory bodiesComplete new admission files within the week of arrivalBuild relationships with external professionalsAssist with regular quality audits of care plansWhat you'll needMedication management and administration experienceExperience working with older peopleNVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalentNVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent (or achieve within first 12 months)Evidence of ability to assess, plan and evaluate care needs of older peopleSound knowledge of the 6 principles of care in residential settingsGood oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivation and confidenceFull time contract available with an hourly rate of £14.75.
