The Role
We're looking for a senior and strategic digital marketer with strong writing and content skills—someone who knows how to create campaigns that deliver results. We work to a very high quality and will expect candidates to demonstrate both knowledge and a practical demonstration of delivering at a very high level.
You’ll work on Lightflows’ marketing and select client campaigns, helping us build visibility, engagement, and leads through high-quality long-form content.
You should be confident in developing ideas, writing long-form content, and planning + reporting on campaigns. You’ll be supported by an innovative, friendly team that values autonomy, creative thinking, and doing things properly.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating B2B and B2C content strategies and campaign plans across digital channels. Our clients are tech companies and luxury brands.
* Writing web content, service pages, insights and guides. Email copy, blog articles, and marketing collateral. Gated content and thought leadership pieces.
* Working with our SEO team to deliver: on-page optimisation, keyword research, tracking via GA4 and Search Console
* Running and reporting on marketing activity, using analytics to improve performance
* Managing marketing tasks for Lightflows and selected client accounts
* Collaborating with design and dev teams on digital product and content projects
Reporting requirements
* Reporting results on the activities you’ve been undertaking for both Lightflows and our clients. You should be comfortable hosting monthly presentations and Q&A on numbers.
What we’re looking for
* A genuine love of writing and content creation, an inquisitive mind, driven and excited about creating great work
* 3–5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or content role
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content strategy, SEO, and campaign delivery
* Comfortable using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and marketing platforms
* A proactive, independent thinker who loves solving problems and making things better
* Social media content experience (B2B)
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience
