Location: Birmingham, office based
Salary:up to £32,000
Responsible for conducting reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with high-level standards, both retrospectively and concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in records while updating processes to enhance accuracy.
* Analyse and input information to prepare contracts efficiently.
* Provide guidance on implementing best practices for documentation within a specific unit.
* Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teams regarding contract procedures to maintain precision throughout the booking process.
