Duties
* Oversee all aspects of food production and preparation in the kitchen.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
* Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor food presentation and quality, ensuring dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
Skills
* Proven experience in supervising kitchen operations and managing a team.
* Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
* Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Previous experience in a restaurant environment is highly desirable.
* Exceptional culinary skills with an eye for detail in presentation.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
