We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas, pixel-perfect execution, and creative energy to our in-house team. This role offers a dynamic environment that resembles a design agency – fast-paced, collaborative, and varied.
About the Role:
Working with the Creative Director / Head of Marketing, you’ll lead creative projects, delivering high-quality design and branding solutions that engage and inspire. Projects range from large reports to social media graphics, internal presentations, and event branding.
You’ll be involved in:
* Corporate reports and branded collateral
* Internal communications and staff engagement materials
* Presentations and pitch decks
* Exhibition and event graphics
* Brochures, social media content, and digital assets
* Maintaining and evolving brand identity
* Wayfinding and large-scale internal graphics
* Social media content creation
* Creative concepts, internal campaigns, and daily tasks
* Video and photo shoot art direction
* Using Maglr presentation software for interactive stories (training provided)
About You:
We seek a conceptual thinker with meticulous attention to detail and strong visual sensibility. You’re proactive, versatile, and thrive managing multiple projects in a creative environment.
What you’ll bring:
* 5–7 years of commercial graphic design experience
* A diverse portfolio of creative work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
* Understanding of branding and layout principles
* Ability to manage projects from brief to delivery independently or collaboratively
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A portfolio demonstrating creative flair and technical precision
* Experience with motion graphics is a plus
