Team Leader (Full Time)
You lead with kindness, confidence, and creativity - inspiring your team to deliver the very best for every child. From motivating your team to creating magical learning moments with children, you’re confident, caring, and full of enthusiasm. With experience leading a team, you combine warmth and professionalism with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety standards, helping to create a safe, happy, and high-quality environment for every child.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:
* Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
* Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
* Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.

We’d love to hear from you if can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
* A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
* An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
* Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
* A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
* Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
* To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
