We are looking for Qualified Support Workers who personally want to make a difference in the lives of young people with challenging behavior.
As a Support Worker you will be providing a combination of support and domestic care. You recognize that the Support Worker’s role is to help service users maximize their choices, rights and decisions.
• You must be at least 21 years of age and have the following
• 12 months residential experience working with challenging young people
• Full clean driving license with access to own transport
• NVQ 3 in Children and Young People
