The Role
The Lead Practitioner of Business will:
* Lead the strategic development of the Business curriculum, promoting innovative and engaging pedagogy.
* Provide expert coaching, support, and professional development to Business teachers.
* Model outstanding classroom practice, fostering a love for entrepreneurship and economic understanding.
* Utilise data to inform practice and drive continuous improvement within the department.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an outstanding Business Studies teacher with QTS/QTLS who:
