Your Impact Youll own and deliver the UK sites Improvement Roadmap, driving: Zero Lost Time Accidents (ISO45001) 100% Delivery Schedule Adherence Quality through automation & preventative engineering World-class cost performance via lean & digitalisation What Youll Lead Multi-year automation & robotics strategy Lean cell design, factory layout optimisation New product introductions with flawless execution Capex investments in smart manufacturing & AI Engineering support for production, maintenance & quality Behavioural safety leadership and ISO compliance Talent development, succession planning & team culture What You Bring 10+ years in production engineering (Tier 1 Automotive/Aerospace preferred) Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering Proven leadership in high-volume, quality-critical environments Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), TPM Experience with automation, robotics, vision systems, and MES platforms Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks Be Part of Something Bigger At Teconnex, we dont just manufacturewe innovate.
