Job Title: Chiller Engineer (All-Rounder)
Location: Midlands / South West (Open to candidates South of the Midlands willing to travel)

About the Role We are looking for a capable, experienced Chiller Engineer to join our growing, hands-on team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day and is happy to turn their hand to a range of equipment not just chillers. Turbocor experience would be a strong advantage, but not essential.
This role requires someone who is reliable, experienced, and happy to travel as needed. While the main focus is on chillers, our work covers a range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are key. This position wouldnt be ideal for someone looking to limit their travel or with heavy home commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintenance, and repair of various chiller systems (Turbocor knowledge a plus)
* Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
* Work independently and as part of a team on both planned and reactive maintenance
* Willingness to travel across regions as required (predominantly South of the Midlands)
* Provide occasional support to callout rota (to be formalised)
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
* Contribute to a positive, no-nonsense team culture
Requirements
* Minimum 510 years hands-on experience in HVAC/chiller engineering
* Time-served apprenticeship preferred
* F-Gas 2079 Category 1 qualified (essential)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* No drama, no prima donnas were a team and its all hands on deck when needed
* Willingness to work flexibly and travel as the job demands
* Right to work in the UK
