Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Consultant at our Bromsgrove location. The Sales Consultant will engage with potential members to understand their needs, introduce them to the facilities, and guide them in selecting the most suitable membership options. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting tours of the club, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and delivering excellent customer service to all visitors and members.
