As a Sales and Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately processing sales orders and payments using Sage 200 Maintaining the customer database (Infor) Handling customer and supplier queries and enquiries Coordinating with couriers to manage deliveries Processing returns and refunds, liaising with the warehouse and accounts teams General filing and other administrative tasks as required Interview Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview.
