The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs incoming, work in progress, and final jobs from the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role covers 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, requiring a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, possesses strong communication skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The role demands high competency in project management, multitasking across diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with clients and internal teams are essential to ensure quality work and timely delivery.
Accountabilities
1. Take briefs from various departments, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
2. Foster positive relationships within the team to promote an expert environment.
3. Understand client challenges and priorities to inform project planning.
4. Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
5. Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
6. Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
7. Develop a thorough understanding of client systems, review, and production processes.
8. Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, tracking job statuses daily.
9. Keep team members updated on project statuses.
10. Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
11. Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed.
12. Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
13. Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
14. Manage accounts, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
15. Ensure all estimates are approved before starting work.
16. Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in CG or photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn the team's software to better understand processes and timings is advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
