Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and personalised support to children with moderate to severe learning difficulties, assisting them with daily activities and learning tasks. Support the use of specialised facilities such as hydrotherapy pools, multi-sensory rooms, and therapy spaces to enhance students’ physical and sensory development. Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement individualised education and therapy plans. Foster an inclusive, respectful, and nurturing environment that promotes student confidence, independence, and well-being. Assist in organising and supervising enrichment activities that encourage personal growth and social development among students. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with moderate to severe learning difficulties or disabilities. Ability to work compassionately and patiently, demonstrating a nurturing approach to support each child’s individual needs. Willingness to collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver personalised care and education. Understanding of and commitment to promoting inclusivity, respect, and independence within a supportive learning environment. Flexibility to assist with a range of activities, including those involving specialised facilities such as hydrotherapy pools and multi-sensory rooms.
