Redwood TTM is a leading converter of technical textiles, using sophisticated technology across a range of markets. Our office team are a small, cheerful unit with a real family feel.
You will be responsible for:
* Welcoming callers and visitors to the business, over the phone and in person
* Regular contact with customers, exploring opportunities, providing updates on despatch, delivery and stock levels
* Managing complaints within the Company process, ensuring a speedy and satisfactory response.
* Updating the internal database with accurate order & pricing information in a timely fashion.
You will need:
* A professional, yet friendly & personable demeanour suitable for a client facing role.
* Experience with MS applications, database input and interrogation
* Strong communication & organisation skills
* Enthusiasm, Reliability & the Ambition to provide an excellent service level

Your working hours will be 8:45-17:15pm Monday to Friday.
