We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical & After Sales Support Assistant to join our Aylesford head office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, handling technical enquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth after-sales processes. You will assist with order processing, technical support, product enquiries, parts sourcing, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound technical and sales enquiries from installers, retailers, and customers Provide basic technical advice on our QX Bathroom Products range and identify spare parts Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with manufacturers for parts sourcing Process daily orders accurately using internal systems (Acumatica knowledge is a plus) Assist the warehouse team with picking and packing spare parts orders as needed Liaise with suppliers and factories for technical escalation and product support Support the sales team during busy periods and ad-hoc projects Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales support Knowledge of the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom) industry is advantageous Strong problem-solving skills and a “common sense” approach to challenges Highly organised, able to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Acumatica or other ERP systems is a plus Own vehicle required for commuting to our Aylesford office Additional Information 20 days annual leave bank holidays Workplace pension scheme Free on-site parking Full product and systems training provided Supportive environment – over 25% of staff have been with us for 10 years How to Apply If you have the skills and experience for this position, click “apply” today and check your inbox for further instructions on tailoring your application and submitting supporting documents.
