Southern Housing is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to help coordinate resident engagement across the Capital Investment Directorate. Your main responsibilities will include managing resident concerns, leading meetings for consultation, and visiting sites regularly to ensure residents are well-informed of ongoing works.
Candidates should have prior experience in Property/Asset Management and excellent communication skills. This role is primarily based in Croydon but involves travel to various sites.
